How does billing work?

Billing is on an annual basis, except for one-time purchases. The Thrive plan is billed annually at $499/year (equivalent to $42/month). The Thrive+ plan is billed at $333/month with quarterly and annual billing options available. Your first payment is processed immediately upon signup, and subsequent payments occur on the same date each billing period. Independent Consults are one-time charges of $699, or $399 for Thrive and Thrive+ members. We accept all major credit cards and HSA/FSA cards. You'll receive an email receipt for each payment, and you can view your billing history in your account dashboard at any time.

What is your cancellation policy?

You can cancel your membership at any time with no penalties or fees. To cancel, please contact our concierge team at support@getcaringhand.com. If you cancel, you'll retain access to all services through the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.

After your first year, your membership continues on the same annual billing cycle at the same rate. There are no automatic price increases for existing members. You can continue your subscription as long as you need support, or cancel at any time by contacting our concierge team. Will insurance cover CaringHand services?

CaringHand operates on a direct-pay membership model, meaning we do not routinely bill insurance. However, our services are generally eligible for reimbursement through HSA (Health Savings Account) or FSA (Flexible Spending Account) funds. Many members find that the comprehensive, personalized care they receive represents excellent value compared to traditional healthcare costs. We provide detailed receipts that you can submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement.
